Spinach Artichoke Dip



Ingredients:
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach; thawed
1 bar of cream cheese
1 small can of artichoke hearts; chopped
1/4 cup Mayo
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
dash or two of black pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Topping:
chopped tomatoes
half cup of Mozzarella cheese

Mix all ingredients together, except for the topping. Put in small crockpot until hot. Once hot, put into small dish. Put the tomatoes and a small sprinkling of mozzarella cheese on top. Serve with sourdough bread or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
